Shipping

1. Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only offer shipping to New Zealand, but we are working on expanding to more countries.

2. What are the shipping costs?
We offer free shipping on all orders, regardless of the amount. Whether you order a single item or multiple items, you will not pay for shipping.

3. How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order by clicking the button in the shipping confirmation email or by entering your track & trace number on the following page:

4. How long does shipping take?
Our processing time is 1-2 business days. Once your package has been shipped, you can expect a delivery time of 5 to 10 business days.


Returns

5. What is the return procedure?
You can return your items within 30 days of receiving them. To ensure a smooth return process, we recommend reading our return policy, which you can find in the footer of our website. When you want to request a return, simply send us an email. Our team is ready to assist you and guide you through the return process.

6. What should I do if my item is damaged or defective?
Contact our customer service as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the damaged item. We will, of course, provide a suitable solution.

7. What should I do if I want to exchange an item?
You can exchange items by returning them according to our return procedure and placing a new order for the desired item. To initiate this, you can email us at support@al-malia.com.

8. Can I return sale items?
Sale items can be returned, provided they meet the conditions outlined in our return policy. If the item is defective or damaged, we’ll be happy to assist with the return.

9. Can I cancel or modify my order?
If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. We can only make changes as long as the order has not yet been processed.

10. How do I use a discount code?
Enter your discount code in the designated field during the checkout process. The discount will automatically be applied to your total amount.

11. What payment methods do you accept?

12. Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes, once you’ve placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation email that includes your order details and tracking information once the package is dispatched.
