Information on Withdrawal
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this agreement within 30 days without providing a reason.
The withdrawal period is 30 days from the date:

On which you, or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier), took possession of the goods, provided that you ordered one or more items under one order and they were delivered at the same time;
-
On which you, or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier), took possession of the last item, provided that you ordered multiple items under one order and they were delivered separately.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw from this agreement. You can do this via email: support@al-malia.com.
You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not required.
For the withdrawal period to be respected, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this agreement, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the standard delivery offered by us), immediately and no later than 30 days after receiving your withdrawal notification.
We will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. In no case will this refund incur any costs for you.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods, or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first.
You must return the goods immediately and no later than 30 days from the date you informed us of your withdrawal from the contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 30-day period expires.
The direct cost of returning the goods is borne by you.
You are only liable for the diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling the goods that goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Reasons for Exclusion and Expiration of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to agreements:

For the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and are made according to the consumer’s individual choice or decision;

For the supply of goods that may spoil quickly or have a limited shelf life;

For the supply of alcoholic beverages where the price is agreed upon in the agreement, but delivery can only take place after 30 days from the conclusion of the agreement and whose value depends on market fluctuations;
-
For the supply of newspapers, magazines, or periodicals, except for subscriptions.
The right of withdrawal expires early in the case of agreements:

For the supply of sealed goods that, for health or hygiene reasons, are not suitable for return if the seal is broken after delivery;
-
For the supply of goods that, by their nature, are inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery;

For the supply of audio and video recordings and computer software in sealed packaging if the seal is broken after delivery.
