Shipping policy

What is the delivery time?
The delivery time consists of two phases:

  1. Processing time
    Within 1-3 business days after placing the order, it will be checked, approved, and packed. The package will then be prepared for transport.

  2. Shipping time
    New Zealand: 5-10 business days
    The shipping is handled by New Zealand Post, the largest courier company in New Zealand.
    All shipping times are excluding any customs delays. During busy periods like Christmas, Black Friday, and New Year, deliveries may take longer.

How much does shipping cost?
We offer free premium shipping. This includes insurance in case of theft, loss, or damage of the package.

Where is my package?
After shipping, the customer will receive an email with a tracking number.
The order can be tracked via the tracking page on our website. To do this, click on “track your order” in the main menu of our website.
For logistical reasons, the order may be shipped in multiple shipments.

My tracking number doesn't work
It may take up to 5 business days for tracking information to update. If the tracking still does not show information after a few days, you can contact customer service.
